The garden had been abandoned by the previous owners, and the new owners wanted a garden to view and sit in.

The design used blocks of planting which came out from the sides of the garden.

The desired effect was to create a journey to the rear of the garden, and also have the plants in view from any angle.

Perennials and grasses were used throughout, with only a few key strong colours used.
